Welcome to Prax

We're glad you're here to use our little tool for saving all the little (and big) memories of the people that matter to you. This agreement lays out all the promises we make to you, and the simple expectations we have for you when using Prax, so we can all have a good experience.

First thing first: you don't need to create an account, log in, or share any personal information to use every single feature of Prax. Open the app, and you're ready to go.

What We Promise You

• All of the content you create in Prax — your persona cards, relationship tags, memory timelines, notes, uploaded photos, and AI generated images you save — stays 100% on your device. We never send, store, or access any of your archive content on our servers. It's yours, fully and completely.
• We will never collect any usage data, personal identifiers, or tracking information from your use of Prax. We don't even know if you're using the app, and that's exactly how we want it to be to keep your private memories private.
• All core features of Prax will always be available to you without any paywalls, subscriptions, or mandatory upgrades.
• If we release app updates, we will do our absolute best to make sure none of your existing saved data is lost or corrupted during the update process.
• If you ever have questions, feedback, or run into issues with the app, you can reach our team anytime at memory.stash.927x@prax-hidden.xyz, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

What You Can Do With Prax

• You can create as many persona cards, memory entries, and generated images as you want for personal use. All of it belongs to you, you can export it, share it, edit it, delete it whenever you want, no restrictions from us.
• You can use the prompt generation and image creation features for any personal, non-harmful purpose. The output of the AI generator belongs to you to use as you wish, as long as you're not hurting anyone else with it.
• You're free to modify, customize, or tweak the app to fit your personal needs, as long as you don't redistribute modified versions of Prax as your own product.

What We Ask Of You

• Please don't use Prax to store or share content that violates other people's privacy, or to harm, harass, or impersonate other people. That's not what this space is for, and any harm caused by your use of the app is your responsibility to address.
• We recommend you regularly export and back up your Prax archive separately. While we do our best to keep your data safe through updates, device failures, lost devices, or accidental app deletions are out of our control, so keeping your own backup is the best way to keep your memories safe.
• Please don't use the AI image generation feature to create illegal, harmful, or explicit content that hurts other people or violates their rights. Again, all content you create is your responsibility.
• If you share Prax with other people, feel free to point them to our official channels to download it, so they get the safe, unmodified version of the app.

Changes To This Agreement

We may update this agreement every now and then as we add new features to Prax or adjust how the app works. When we do, we'll show a notification inside the app the next time you open it, so you can review the new terms. If you keep using Prax after the update, that means you're okay with the new terms.

If you don't agree with any changes to the agreement, you can stop using Prax anytime, and all your data will still stay on your device for you to access as you wish.
